Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course, creating an account, or using services provided by Vision Spark Solutions India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Training Programs and Batches
Vision Spark provides professional software engineering, full stack web development, artificial intelligence, and cloud training programs. Programs may be delivered online or in-person at our Chirala center. We reserve the right to modify curriculum schedules and trainers to incorporate modern industry technologies.
3. Payments, Fees, and Receipts
- Course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Online transactions are handled via Razorpay. A formal receipt and enrollment ID are generated upon payment confirmation.
- Registration fees are non-transferable between unrelated individuals without prior written authorization.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, project source code templates, video lectures, and learning materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Vision Spark Solutions. Students receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal learning and skill development.
5. Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during online live sessions and in offline campus classrooms. Disruptive behavior, plagiarism in submitted assessments, or sharing portal credentials may lead to suspension without refund.
6. Placement Assistance Disclaimer
Vision Spark provides extensive resume preparation, technical mock interviews, and direct interviews with corporate hiring partners. While we strive to achieve the best employment outcomes for every graduate, final employment offers depend on individual student performance and hiring partner criteria.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chirala, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh.
